Terms & Conditions

All payments must be received before the Retreat start date in order to allow you entry.

All requests for cancellation need to be made in writing to [email protected].
Cancellations from 60 days or more: minus the non-refundable deposit, all other payments will be refunded.
Within 59 days of retreat no refund will be issued.
Registrations can be transferred to a colleague before the retreat without incurring a fee.

The Retreat registration is valid for the designated person only.

AL and SFL will make their best endeavours to run the Retreat per the published program but reserves the right to alter the program without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of activities, topics or the alteration of the dates of the Retreat, due to unforseen circumstances eg. Covid. Every effort will be made to deliver the expected experience.

AL and SFL are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of the Retreat.

All Intellectual Property rights in all materials produced or distributed by AL and SFL in connection with this Retreat are expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.

Participant information is kept confidential and used to assist in providing selected products and services which may be of interest to the Participant and which will be communicated by letter, phone, fax, email or other electronic means.

Important note: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised Retreat activities, we reserve the right to change dates, sites or location or omit features, or merge the Retreat with another event, as deemed necessary without penaltyand in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the event that we permanently cancel a Retreat for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any force majeure occurrence) and provided that the Retreat is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another event, the Participant shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Participant has paid to such permanently cancelled event, valid for up to one year to be used at another Rise and Renew Retreat. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in that country. However, AL and SFL only are entitled to waive this right and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in which the participant’s office is located.

If, for any reason, AL and SFL decide to cancel or postpone this Retreat, neither are responsible for covering consequential costs (airfare, hotel, or other travel costs) incurred by participants.

Completing and returning the Registration Form to AL and SFL implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
